Terms of Service

The agreement between you and DNA-LABS when you order research compounds from this site.

Last reviewed: 14 August 2026

1. Who may order

You must be at least 21 years old and ordering for laboratory research — as a qualified researcher, or on behalf of an institution. You confirm this when you first visit the site and again when you place an order. We rely on that confirmation and do not separately verify professional status. Ordering on a false confirmation is a breach of these terms; we may cancel the order and close the account.

2. Research use only

Everything we sell is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Nothing in the catalogue is a medicine, supplement, food or cosmetic. It is not for human or animal consumption and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. You are responsible for handling and storing it as described on its product page and for complying with the law where you are.

3. Your account

Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account, and should tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully, or where a confirmation you gave turns out to be false.

4. Orders, prices and tax

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any duty or tax payable in your country. We do not calculate or collect VAT, and what we issue is an order receipt rather than a tax invoice. Order totals are recalculated on our servers at checkout against current prices and stock, so the amount you pay is the amount shown at that final step. A contract is formed when we confirm your order, not when you submit it. We may refuse or cancel any order — including where a price was displayed in error, in which case we will contact you before taking payment.

5. Shipping and customs

A flat shipping fee is added at checkout and shown to you before you pay. Products ship under cold-chain conditions where required. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. You are the importer of record: import duties, taxes and any licence your country requires are your responsibility, as is checking that the compound may lawfully be received there. We are not responsible for shipments refused, seized or delayed by customs.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You can cancel an order yourself from your account while it is still awaiting payment. Once it is paid, contact us and we will cancel and refund it if it has not yet shipped. Because these are sealed research compounds whose integrity and cold chain cannot be verified once they have left our control, we cannot accept the return of opened or temperature-exposed items, on health-protection grounds. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or outside its temperature range, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. If you are ordering as a consumer rather than for an institution, nothing here removes any statutory right you have under the law of your own country.

7. Acceptable use

Do not resell our products, place orders by automated means, scrape or copy the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

8. Content and intellectual property

The catalogue text, product imagery, certificates of analysis and the DNA-LABS name and marks belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to evaluate and document your purchase. You may not republish them commercially without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and accompanying documentation. We are not liable for loss arising from use of a product outside laboratory research, from handling that departs from our storage and handling guidance, or from your failure to comply with local law. Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published here when you place it, and the review date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change we will say so on this page.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION — to be completed], and the courts of [JURISDICTION — to be completed] have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you order as a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country and may bring proceedings there. Please contact us first — almost everything is resolved that way.
