It stays off the catalogue until purity and identity results exist for that exact lot — assay by HPLC, identity by mass spectrometry.

Cold storage
Released vials go straight into 2–8°C storage and stay there. Nothing in this catalogue is held at room temperature.

Only then does the compound go live, with its strength, storage and SKU on the page and the certificate of analysis for its lot on file to request.

BAC Water (with Benzyl Alcohol) 10ml
There is no peptide in this vial; it is the solvent that makes the rest of the catalogue workable. Bacteriostatic water is sterile water carrying benzyl alcohol as a preservative, conventionally at 0.9%, and benzyl alcohol is bacteriostatic rather than bactericidal — it holds bacterial multiplication in check rather than killing outright, which is what lets a vial be entered repeatedly instead of being discarded after one draw. With a diluent the technique is the product: swab the stopper before every entry, run the water slowly down the inner wall onto the lyophilised cake rather than jetting it into the powder, swirl until fully dissolved without ever shaking, and write the date on the vial. Reconstituted peptide solutions go back to 2–8°C protected from light, and a preserved multi-entry vial is conventionally retired 28 days after first puncture. Yes. Request the current COA for any catalogue item and we will send the batch documentation for the lot currently shipping, including assay and identity results.
